This report analyzes parking operations data from 22 professional tennis tournaments held in 2024 and early 2025, representing more than 4.1 million individual parking transactions. Key findings include: average net revenue per parking space per event day of $34.20 (up 9 % year-over-year), fan satisfaction with parking at 7.8/10 at tech-enabled venues versus 5.9/10 at non-tech venues, and post-match egress times 31 % faster at venues with LPR-enabled exit lanes.
Parking revenue at the surveyed events ranged from $2.1 million (smaller 250-level ATP events) to $18.7 million (Masters 1000 events with multiple session days). The median event generated $6.4 million in gross parking revenue, of which operating costs consumed approximately 34 %, yielding a median net margin of 66 %.
Venues that deployed real-time availability signage, mobile pre-booking, and LPR entry lanes earned a statistically significant premium of $4.10 per transaction compared to venues relying on cash and attendants. This premium held across all event tiers and geographies in the sample.
